Job description
At Lindab IT-solutions we simplify construction in a digital world. We are experts in developing new solutions and applications that simplify and optimize our customers' working day. In your role as requirement specialist for our Product Selection Tools, you will work in an international environment in close cooperation with colleagues from all over the Lindab Group. As a group-wide function, you will act as the bridge between the different business stakeholders and IT development to understand and transform business requirements into IT development objectives. You will have an important role in Lindab's journey in the digitalization process for our products and business propositions. Main objectives in this position are:
Requirement and specification analysis
Analyze business requirements from stakeholders, including requirements baseline
Write detailed software requirement specifications
Model requirements in graphical analysis models, tables and storyboards
Lead validation in peer reviews or requirement documents, can even include test cases
Facilitate prioritization of requirements
Support Project Leaders and Systems Developers during the development process with updated information and include early feedback to Stakeholders
Manage Requirements and verify satisfaction in the product
Your background/experience?
We are looking for you as an innovative Requirement Specialist who is passionate for turning requirements into solutions. You have a High school education and additional education as IT requirement analyst. Optional university education within IT business with additional education or course within IT requirement analysis. You have gained several years of experience in requirement analysis. You write and speak English fluently as English is a group-wide language. It’s a bonus if you speak Swedish or are interested in learning Swedish to be able to take part in all the social aspects of the company.
