About the position

Lindab Group, the international group of companies that provides products and solutions for construction and indoor climate, will upgrade their Dynamics AX system to Cloud based Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations within the coming five years. As an Application Specialist working for the central IT department, you will work in the project team to support the planned move. In parallel with the Dynamics 365 roll-out project, you will also support the legacy AX system during the five-year transition phase, together with other Application Specialists and external developers.

Who are you?

To take on this role you need several years’ experience from working with Dynamics 365 or Dynamics AX. You have strong understanding and experience of the business processes within Supply Chain, probably from an international business. It is a merit if you have been part of migrating to Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, also if you have experience from the Dynamics 365 Power Platform. You have probably worked with EDI and integration between Dynamics AX/365 and external systems. You understand the application not only from a business process point of view, but also from a system-technical point of view, i.e. how business logic works on a technical level. You are also familiar of working with technical specifications for planned changes.

We believe that you are structured, strongly committed and results focused. You are communicative and service minded plus can see the big picture. You speak and write English fluently, and probably also Swedish. The role is based in Grevie, Båstad, and it might be possible to work out of Malmö but with presence needed in Grevie several days a week. Travels to the Lindab facilities all over Europe need to take place every now and then.

About the role



In the role of IT Coordinator, you coordinate and lead test activities within Lindab’s central IT function. You take responsibility to plan and monitor daily Dynamics AX/365FO development work (without being a developer yourself), and you also manage resource allocation. The role assists with various tasks such as internal control of processes and procedures, plus coordinate the work with internal application experts and external developers. You coordinate application release management and manage communication with users in the organization when releasing new versions of software.

Who are you?



We are looking for someone that probably have a few years’ experience working in IT and having a strong interest in working with application testing, ERP and support. To succeed in the role, you need to be structured, service minded and having strong communication skills. You speak and write fluent Swedish and English, and love to work in a high pace environment, multi-tasking and with high commitment. As a person, we believe that you are social, positive, down-to-earth and easy to work with. We believe that you have a technical education at university level within the IT/ERP area or having similar work experience. It is meritorious if you have experience in software testing, quality assurance and/or Dynamics AX/365FO.
