Om tjänsten

I rollen som förvaltningsledare kommer du att vara ett stöd till systemchefen och gruppens övergripande operativa arbete. Du kommer arbeta med att vägleda och coacha gruppens systemförvaltare vid komplexa problem och agera som förvaltningsledare för systemförvaltning och utveckling av Peabs centrala ekonomisystem för koncernrapportering och finans. I detta ingår också att driva integrationsarbete mot nya plattformar och BI-rapportering. Arbetet bedrivs ofta i form av mindre projekt i samverkan med övriga funktioner inom ekonomi.

Du kommer arbeta nära dina kollegor som förvaltar koncernens alla ekonomisystem samt med kollegor i hela ekonomiprocessen. Du kommer dessutom att ingå i teamets ledningsgrupp där du tillsammans med andra förvaltningsledare träffas för att diskutera nutida och strategiska långsiktiga beslut.

Arbetsuppgifter

- Förvaltningsledare av koncernövergripande system
- Systemförvaltning av IBM Cognos Controller och TM1
- Coacha och stötta interna medarbetare att utvecklas i sitt arbete
- Projektledning av mindre uppdrag
- Driva utveckling, förbättring och digitalisering av arbetssätt och processer inom teamet
- Integrationsarbete mot våra plattformar samt PowerBI

Vi söker dig som

- Har arbetslivserfarenhet av redovisning och/eller systemförvaltning
- Har en god förståelse för generella ekonomifrågor och de processer som finns inom en ekonomifunktion
- Har en eftergymnasial utbildning inom ekonomi eller systemvetenskap
- Är obehindrad i svenska, både tal och skrift
- Goda kunskaper i engelska, både tal och skrift

Det är meriterande om du har

- Erfarenhet av något av följande ekonomisystem: IBM Cognos Controller, Coupa Treasury, TM1 (IFRS16), Time and Expense Management (TEM) och Power BI
- Har tidigare arbetat i en roll som innefattar exempelvis projektledning eller teamledarskap

Lindab Group, the international group of companies that provides products and solutions for construction and indoor climate, will upgrade their Dynamics AX system to Cloud based Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations within the coming five years. As an Application Specialist working for the central IT department, you will work in the project team to support the planned move. In parallel with the Dynamics 365 roll-out project, you will also support the legacy AX system during the five-year transition phase, together with other Application Specialists and external developers.

Who are you?

To take on this role you need several years’ experience from working with Dynamics 365 or Dynamics AX. You have strong understanding and experience of the business processes within Supply Chain, probably from an international business. It is a merit if you have been part of migrating to Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, also if you have experience from the Dynamics 365 Power Platform. You have probably worked with EDI and integration between Dynamics AX/365 and external systems. You understand the application not only from a business process point of view, but also from a system-technical point of view, i.e. how business logic works on a technical level. You are also familiar of working with technical specifications for planned changes.

We believe that you are structured, strongly committed and results focused. You are communicative and service minded plus can see the big picture. You speak and write English fluently, and probably also Swedish. The role is based in Grevie, Båstad, and it might be possible to work out of Malmö but with presence needed in Grevie several days a week. Travels to the Lindab facilities all over Europe need to take place every now and then.
